I’m Lorena, a Civil Engineer specializing in construction estimating, quantity takeoffs, and project coordination.
After years of working with construction teams and managing university projects, I realized how often bids are delayed or inaccurate simply because takeoffs weren’t clear or consistent.

We price our estimates based on two clear factors:

1. Project Size (Square Footage)

Larger buildings naturally require more takeoffs, measurements, and line items to verify accuracy. A 1,500 sq.ft retail space ≠ a 50,000 sq.ft commercial facility—and pricing reflects that.

2. Scope of Work

Not all estimates are created equal. Pricing adjusts depending on:

  • Trades included (e.g. concrete only vs full CSI MasterFormat estimate)

  • New construction vs renovation / tenant improvement

  • Drawing completeness (permit-ready vs conceptual)

Once you approve the quote, a simple contract or service agreement will be sent for transparency. Work begins once the downpayment is confirmed (or full payment for small projects).

Get your verified material quantities in Excel and PDF, ready to plug into your own cost estimate or tender submission.
